The decision was made after Deputy Zulay Rodríguez asked to make a presentation to support her argument why she should handle two additional complaints against the chief justice. She is already tasked with making a recommendation on the initial five complaints.
By consensus, the commission agreed that, at the next session, it will vote on the proposal to combine all seven complaints.
"[Rodriguez] will have to convince the other members of the commission," said Deputy Jorge Iván Arrocha, who chairs the commission.
Minutes earlier, the Credentials Committee dismissed two complaints filed against two judges of the Supreme Court.
The complaints were against judges Hernan De León and Oydén Ortega related to land disputes.
