07/01/2013 - The leader of the operators of the Metro Bus, Inocencio Guerra, reported today that the drivers are united in their demands they will present at the dialogue with Mi Bus, the company that operates the Metro, that begins tomorrow.
"They will have to pay $800," said Guerra, referring to the minimum monthly salary the drivers are demanding.
He also said they want to be paid for overtime and receive job security.
During a meeting held today, Guerra said that the drivers were united in their demands.
The drivers went on strike last month to demand the pay increase and other concessions. They say the salary was promised to them when they were hired.
