Eight members still to speak in second debate on electoral reforms

National Assembly President Sergio Gálvez said today that eight legislators are left to make remarks in the first round of the second debate of the electoral reforms.
Of those eight speakers, six are from the Partido Revolucionario Democrático and two are from the Partido Panameñista.
Each of the speakers has the right to speak for half an hour and may request a 15-minute extension.
Six legislators have signed up to make remarks in the second round of the debate, two from the Cambio Democrático and four from the Panameñistas.
