Children's Hospital officials protest to demand a new building
27/07/2012 - A group of officials from the Children’s Hospital peacefully protested this noon at the premises of the institution in order to request a new infrastructure.
“The children of Panama deserve a new Children’s Hospital”, reads one of the protest banners carried by employees such as doctors and nurses among others.
Flyers to citizens driving over this area of Panama City are distributed as part of the protest.
The current hospital’s building was constructed in 1950.
