Roads where Ironman 70.3 is being developed closed until 1:00 p.m.

12/02/2012 - Traffic authorities are developing several detours in Panama City and Western Panama because of the Ironman 70.3 triathlon development.

For such reason, traffic over Avenida de los Mártires and the Bridge of the Americas towards Arraiján district will be closed until 1:00 p.m. Only once lane will be enabled in order to enter Panama City.

Detours are also being developed for the interior of the country through Centenario Bridge because when arriving to the western access the vehicles cannot go through Arraiján-La Chorrera highway but through the Inter-American Highway.  

There are National Police agents on the affected areas by detours.
