13/05/2013 - People don't feel better than they did in 2009 and therefore did not vote in the CD presidential primary Sunday, said PRD Legislator Leandro Avila today.
Avila said that people will turn out for the election, but they will not support the CD candidate, José Domingo Arias.
He said that CD officials are blaming the low turnout on the rain, but Ávila said "that's what umbrellas are for."
CD officials said that 185,612 out of its 476,119 members voted yesterday.
